    Tourisme+ Agriculture =Renaissance Economique Vallee Artibonite(Haiti)

et Art, Culture and History will create and maintain the Wealth

So what is so hard to understand and do or mesdames mesdemoiselles et messieurs imagine which Haitian will not want to see that change and in what interest or purpose?

We need Credit: A la Production, a l’Immobilier to maintain that better quality of life after creating it. So why are people suffering when it is so clear? This is the time for the diaspora to regroup, become an economical force through organized investment in their respectives communities. In the Artibonite we know from the Poet Pierre:

    The Land Must be Farmed
     From Soul Traveler of
    Max Freesney Pierre

    While crossing

    the Artibonite river
we saw on the other side of the water
    the fleshy land
    the land of two mirrors
    the virgin land
    the fertile land
the land sister of the ocean
    And a muscled squad
    stands
    nude black
    in sweat
    hoes in hands
on the heat calabashes of sweet water
    Decided she is showing zeal
    hoes in hands
to weed out and to sap its epidermis
    Its lighting lamps
are lightning the flesh of the living land
    a squad with laughter
    performs dances like a ribbon
on the breast of the agrarian reform”

Petite Riviere de l’Artibonite ou PRA

    April 10th, 2008

PRA is a new social entrepreneurial corporation whose mission is to reach out to all the Rivartibonitian artists and friends of Petite Rivière Artibonite,HAITI .This Corporation will be run by the coordinated efforts of its members, and in collaboration with other humanitarian organizations, foreign or local. The private and public sectors may contribute to the economical, social, and technological development of artistry and tourisim at Petite Rivière Artibonite Commune, Haiti.
The objectives of this organization is to contribute to the development of tourism in the region.

The mission of PRA,Inc is to assist individuals, businesses, local , public and private organizations, and local government to work in concert toward its goal .
It is wellknown that most of our heroes have walked and fight in this environment. .Toussaint Loverture have left some of his descendants in the chaos and carrying the name of Toussaint. It is tought that it is in this region that Toussaint had hidden the treasury of the colony before his deportation to France by the troupes of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Dessalines led his army at the battle of Crete a Pierrot where he told all his troops that he was ready to explose this fort with everybody if the French soldiers would attempt to take over this strategic position.
Petion and Dessalines had signed their alliance for unity on the Place de la Fraternite by the church.
Henry Christophe started to build his palace with a three hundred and sixty five door design. This palace is a historic site named Ka-WA that needs maintenance or maybe a complete restoration .
The fort of Crete a Pierrot and some other forts of the region nearby are left to ruins.and should be revived for the resurgence of tourism in the country.
Now you should better understand the reasons behind the creation of this corporation.
We expect to have your full cooperation.
    a board of directors
In making decisions for the corporation we need the suggestions and approvals of a board of directors. The list of the directors is not complete yet. The board will electe a chairman or chairwoman to head the general meetings. The board tends to exercise more of a supervisory role.
    PRA will be located at
    937 SW 49th Ave
    Plantation, Florida 33317
    Telephone: 954-581-4770
All our members will volunteer their time and ideas to help with the PRA effort.

    April 12th, 2008

      NEW Wave Enterprises
There is not enough incentive to use Art as a development tool among Communities
New Wave Enterprises wants to build a Bridge/Network among Artists and their Communities while improving their economic power. It also aims at promoting a better quality of life for them with social and economic changes where art, culture and history are at the center.
New Wave Enterprises will use Art to bring meaningful changes among those communities. With the help of CORPRA, Inc. a non profit organization in Florida, it will have a center for education for youngster and adult alike who are interested in using Art, Culture and History as viable economic tools.

Broward County, South Florida and Petite Riviere, Artibonite, Haiti (200 Artists for a population of 20000—based on the artists that were at the meeting) will be the starting points for this pilot project (Inter Cultural Exchanges).

“Link and Transform Communities through Art”   is the heart beat of New Wave Enterprises.

    May 7th, 2008

So Mr NAFED I need a credit to start my business in Haiti!

    May 8th, 2008

Oui, Credit a la Production et a l’Immobilier is vital.

Cependant what system in place(judicial) once I took the money?

So I cannot entertain your request yet!

We need street signs with house numbers so we can track eveything down!!—–A system with all the consequences of a delinquant loan ect so Mr NAFED are we ready?

    And please!

    May 8th, 2008

    Are you Readyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

While I had been talking to you about Art Culture and History since 2003, Mr. Bill Strickland had been practicing it with Art some 20 years ago in Pittsburgh and wrote a book about it in 2007.
The CORPRA Blog fans had been the witness to my invitation to use Art Culture and History as viable tools without reading that book yet and it was the same for the Book of Mr. Fabrice Lextrait.
Now Petite Riviere Artibonite, are you going to wait until somewhere else in Haiti applies that concept or are you going to lead that movement. I am not an artist, I just see the liaison between Art, change of Society for the better by then New Attitude, New Culture and all that will be History mon beau ou ma belle. Believe it they will come to see us and Tourism means at least: 500 Haitian dollars or even better US in Petite Riviere’s Economy.
“Cayes” is ready if you do not feel me.
In that sense I invite you to buy and read this book of Mr. Bill Strickland that I had the Honor to meet yesterday after his presentation at the Central Broward Community College in Davie Florida.

The Book; “Make the Impossible Possible” by Bill Strickland will make you finally see the Light(Panneau Solaire) even though you had been under the Almighty one for some time.

    Happy Mother’s Day!!!
